Announcements
We have been working hard on our building expansion! New storage unit shelves have been built, new electrical panels have been installed, old insulation and loads of debris have been hauled off. Many dedicated volunteers have been pitching in to make the new expanded shop a reality. The next phase includes building a mezzanine in the back of the warehouse and putting a new wall up. Once the warehouse side is complete, it will be connected to the existing shop later this year.

Hilary Loupee
President
I’m the girl you might have seen at the bottom of a deep hole all day having the time of my life digging earth’s treasures. The Nevada desert is AMAZING!

Alan Roberto
Vice President
By day I’m a mild‑mannered graphic designer; on weekends I become a desert‑exploring, rock‑hunting superhero – cape optional. RGMS is my secret lair, full of fellow geology‑loving fanatics, and I couldn’t be prouder to belong.

Steve Norman
Secretary
My teaching days led me to RGMS for a little rock knowledge, but my passion ignited when teaching others, turning an interest in geology into a life-changing pursuit of earth science that I love sharing with the fantastic people at RGMS.

I like to enjoy all I can out of life, from good food and great company to enriching travel experiences. I’m here to embrace every opportunity for new adventures and memorable connections.
