We offer a FREE kids geology class once a month at our shop at 480 S Rock Blvd. Topics include Nevada fossils, gold panning, and rock identification. We had a full house for our gold panning class, with a presentation on how to find gold and then letting the kids pan for gold with actual pay dirt! The entire event was free and the kids got to keep all of the gold they found!
